Traveling the world is my passion—and since early 2022, when I took my job fully remote, I’ve been living one of the most exciting adventures of my life: the digital nomad journey.
I'm a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Consultant driven by the challenge of transforming complexity into clarity. Over the past years, I’ve worked at the intersection of data science, AI product management, and strategic consulting, helping organizations—from public health institutions to telecom companies—unlock real business value through smart, ethical, and impactful data solutions.
One of the most rewarding chapters was working as a freelance consultant for Chile's public health system, leading projects that improved service quality through innovation and technology. From building predictive models for early disease detection to shaping AI product strategies and designing pilot programs, my work has always aimed for measurable and meaningful impact.
In 2025, I launched Carolabs to move closer to what I truly value: designing data-driven strategies with purpose, partnering with professionals and early-stage ventures who want to grow intelligently and ethically through the power of information.

Project Management Consultant - Ministery of Health 2021-2024
Led the design and successful implementation of the digitalization of patient transfer requests across an IT network of 70 healthcare facilities, enhancing full traceability and transparency benefitting 1.5 million users.
Created BPM diagrams, drafted clear technical requirements, and co-authored interoperability and data compliance standards to align 10 different clinical systems.
Coordinated cross-functional team meetings to manage the implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment between technical and operational stakeholders for a smooth go-live of the redesigned process.
Delivered storytelling dashboards to report business processes and KPI metrics by querying SQL databases, transforming data and developing automated Tableau and Power BI reports to monitor processes.
Co-designed, prototyped and launched a web-based medical access platform using Agile methodologies, which eliminated manual email-based data requests and accelerating clinical decision-making.
Product Manager– Chilean National Research and Development Agency 2020-2021
Led a team of 5 data researchers to analyse over 500,000 COVID-19 patient records and care processes.
Developed Python based Machine Learning models to predict patient risk, delivering actionable insights that supported data-driven, clinically validated decisions. Presented project results at the Euro Conference 2021.
Facilitated cross-functional collaboration between medical teams and engineers to align project goals and develop an automated platform for tracking COVID-19 patients and confirming appointments, resulting in over 10.000 IVR calls and saving more than 3.100 work hours during critical peak periods.
